Action Plan
The new board set an action plan in line with the next stage aiming at instigating a modern scientific renaissance. This plan includes objectives, activities and programs as follows:
First level: Scientific Community
| 1. | Promoting knowledge through scientific research, including Human and Social Sciences, on both projects and achievements levels. |

| 2. | Encouraging Joint scientific research between universities and research centers, and exchanging professors and researchers. |
| 3. | Supporting continuous modernization of scientific education curricula in various stages. |
| 4. | Conducting lectures, workshops and conferences to exhibit the results of scientific researches, as well as scientific and development studies issues. |
| 5. | Issuing a periodic publication aiming at introducing Lebanese researchers and their achievements. |
Second Level: Mass Media
| 1. | Issuing directories of universities, research centers and prominent experts, by all available means. |
| 2. | Encouraging and enhancing scientific sections in all media. Establishing links and building relationships between scientists and media science editors. |
| 3. | Promoting science language, style and ethics in the public culture, seeking to integrate them regularly in education curricula and mass media. |
